شروط الاستخدام
1. الاتفاق
باستخدامك تطبيق «يومية الموقع» الذي تديره شركة موسى يوسف الخطيب وشركاه («نحن») فأنت توافق على هذه الشروط وعلى سياسة الخصوصية. إذا كنت تستخدم التطبيق نيابة عن شركة فأنت تؤكد أن لديك صلاحية قبول هذه الشروط عنها.
2. الحساب
تحتاج إيميلاً صحيحاً وكلمة مرور. أنت مسؤول عن سرية كلمة المرور وعن كل ما يحدث في حسابك. أبلغنا فوراً إذا شككت في استخدام حسابك دون إذنك.
3. الخطط
- التجربة: 14 يوماً مجاناً بكل الميزات لمشروع نشط واحد، دون بطاقة دفع.
- المجانية: بعد التجربة، مشروع نشط واحد مع عرض إعلانات.
- المدفوعة: مشاريع غير محدودة بلا إعلانات، باشتراك مدته وسعره كما يُتفق عليه عند الاشتراك. يبدأ الاشتراك عند تفعيله ويستمر حتى نهاية المدة المدفوعة.
عند انتهاء التجربة أو الاشتراك لا تُحذف بياناتك، بل يتحول حسابك للخطة المجانية. قد نعدّل الخطط أو الأسعار، ونبلغك قبل أي تغيير يمسّ اشتراكك القائم.
4. بياناتك
كل ما تُدخله من بيانات وصور يبقى ملكاً لك. تمنحنا فقط الإذن اللازم لحفظه ومعالجته وعرضه لك لتقديم الخدمة. أنت مسؤول عن صحة ما تُدخله وعن أن يكون لديك حق قانوني في تسجيل بيانات العمال والزبائن والموردين. تستطيع تنزيل بياناتك أو حذف حسابك في أي وقت.
5. الاستخدام المقبول
لا تستخدم التطبيق لأي غرض غير قانوني، ولا تحاول الوصول لبيانات غيرك أو تعطيل الخدمة أو تحميل محتوى ضار، ولا تعيد بيع الخدمة دون اتفاق مكتوب معنا.
6. الملكية الفكرية
تطبيق «يومية الموقع» (Site Diary)، بما فيه الكود البرمجي والتصميم والواجهات والشعار والاسم والنصوص والقوالب وطريقة عرض التقارير والفواتير، مملوك لشركة موسى يوسف الخطيب وشركاه ومحمي بقوانين حق المؤلف والعلامات التجارية. اشتراكك يمنحك حق استخدام شخصياً غير حصري وغير قابل للتحويل، طوال مدة حسابك ولأغراض عملك فقط.
لا يحق لك ولا لأي شخص نيابة عنك: نسخ التطبيق أو أي جزء منه، أو تعديله، أو تفكيكه أو محاولة استخراج الكود المصدري (Reverse Engineering)، أو بناء منتج منافس اعتماداً عليه، أو استخدام اسمه أو شعاره، أو إزالة إشعارات الملكية منه، أو جمع بياناته آلياً. أي مخالفة تُنهي حقك في الاستخدام فوراً، ونحتفظ بحقنا في اتخاذ الإجراءات القانونية.
هذا لا يمسّ ملكيتك لبياناتك: كل ما تُدخله يبقى ملكاً لك كما في البند 4.
7. دقة الأرقام ومسؤولية التحقق منها
كل الأرقام والحسابات في التطبيق، مثل المجاميع والضريبة والأرباح والتكلفة المتوقعة والأرصدة وكشوف الحساب والفواتير، تُحسب تلقائياً من البيانات التي تُدخلها أنت. قد تحتوي هذه الحسابات على أخطاء بسبب خطأ في الإدخال، أو تقريب الأرقام، أو خلل في البرنامج.
أنت وحدك المسؤول عن مراجعة كل رقم ومطابقته مع فواتيرك ووصولاتك وعقودك وسجلاتك الخاصة قبل الاعتماد عليه أو إرسال أي فاتورة أو كشف أو تقرير لأي جهة. التطبيق أداة مساعدة، وليس بديلاً عن المحاسب أو المستشار القانوني أو الضريبي، ولا نتحمل أي مسؤولية عن قرار أو خسارة ناتجة عن رقم لم تتم مراجعته.
نماذج الذكاء الاصطناعي: تعمل ميزات الذكاء الاصطناعي بنموذج Llama 4 من Meta (Built with Llama)، وتوافق عند استخدامها على الالتزام بسياسة الاستخدام المقبول للنموذج: llama.com/llama4/use-policy. التفاصيل في صفحة التراخيص.
ميزات الذكاء الاصطناعي (المساعد، ترتيب اليومية، الترجمة، قراءة الوصولات) تقدّم اقتراحات قد تكون خاطئة أو ناقصة. راجع كل نتيجة قبل حفظها أو الاعتماد عليها، فهي تخضع لنفس مسؤولية التحقق أعلاه.
8. توفر الخدمة
نعمل لتكون الخدمة متاحة وآمنة، لكنها تُقدَّم «كما هي» وقد تتوقف أحياناً للصيانة أو لأسباب خارجة عن إرادتنا. ننصحك بتنزيل نسخة من بياناتك بشكل دوري.
9. حدود المسؤولية
في الحدود التي يسمح بها القانون، لا نتحمل المسؤولية عن الخسائر غير المباشرة أو فوات الأرباح أو فقدان البيانات الناتج عن استخدام التطبيق. ولا تتجاوز مسؤوليتنا الإجمالية ما دفعته لنا خلال الأشهر الاثني عشر السابقة للمطالبة. لا يحدّ هذا من أي حق لا يجوز تقييده قانوناً.
10. إنهاء الاستخدام
تستطيع التوقف وحذف حسابك متى شئت. ويحق لنا إيقاف حساب يخالف هذه الشروط بعد إبلاغك، إلا في الحالات الخطيرة أو العاجلة.
11. التعديلات والتواصل

Terms of Use
Agreement. By using Site Diary, operated by Mousa Yousef Alkhatib and Partners ("we"), you accept these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you use it for a company, you confirm you may accept on its behalf.
Account. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity in your account.
Plans. Trial: 14 days, all features for one active project, no card required. Free: after the trial, one active project with ads. Paid: unlimited projects without ads, for the term and price agreed at purchase. When a trial or subscription ends your data is kept and the account moves to the free plan. We will notify you before changes that affect an existing subscription.
Your data. You own the data and photos you enter and grant us only the permission needed to store, process and display them to provide the service. You are responsible for its accuracy and for having a lawful right to record data about workers, clients and suppliers. You can export your data or delete your account at any time.
Acceptable use. No unlawful use, no attempts to access others' data or disrupt the service, no harmful uploads, no resale without written agreement.
Intellectual property. Site Diary (يومية الموقع), including its code, design, interfaces, logo, name, text, templates and report and invoice layouts, is owned by Mousa Yousef Alkhatib and Partners and protected by copyright and trademark law. Your subscription gives you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use it for your business while your account exists. You may not copy, modify, decompile or reverse engineer the app or any part of it, build a competing product from it, use its name or logo, remove ownership notices, or scrape it. Any breach ends your right to use the app immediately, and we reserve the right to take legal action. This does not affect your ownership of your own data.
Accuracy of figures — your responsibility. All figures and calculations in the app (totals, VAT, profit, forecasts, balances, statements and invoices) are generated automatically from the data you enter and may contain mistakes, whether from data entry, rounding or software errors. You alone are responsible for checking every figure against your own invoices, receipts, contracts and records before relying on it or sending any invoice, statement or report to anyone. The app is a helper tool, not a substitute for an accountant or a legal or tax adviser, and we accept no liability for decisions or losses resulting from figures that were not checked.
AI models. The AI features run on Meta's Llama 4 model (Built with Llama). By using them you agree to follow the Llama 4 Acceptable Use Policy. See licenses.
AI features (assistant, log drafting, translation, receipt reading) give suggestions that may be wrong or incomplete. Review every result before saving or relying on it; the same responsibility to check applies.
Availability and liability. The service is provided "as is" and may be interrupted. To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits or data loss, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months. Nothing limits rights that cannot be limited by law.
Termination and changes. You may stop and delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms after notice, except in serious or urgent cases. We will notify you of material changes. Contact: info@alkhatibconstructs.com.
